Financial terms of the acquisition, which is scheduled to close in the first quarter of 2020, were not disclosed.
Western International Securities has a network of around 400 brokers. New York City based Atria Wealth Solutions, a wealth management holding company, said that the acquisition would increase its total advisor headcount to around 2,500 people and its total assets to around $80 billion.
Brokers affiliate with Western International Securities by using a turnkey model which includes office space, integrated technology and support staff.
