Atria Wealth Solutions, a multi-channel wealth management holding firm, has completed its acquisition of Grove Point Financial.
Through the acquisition of Grove Point, Atria, which is rapidly expanding, will get access to 400 independent financial professionals and $15 billion in assets under management.
With approximately $120 billion in assets under management, Atria today provides services to close to 2,700 financial professionals.
Grove Point, an independent asset management company, was first established as H. Beck, Inc. in 1984 and has an extensive past.
